String theory

String theory has been the subject of a lot of debate in recent times. If I understand correctly, string theory postulates that everything is made out of tiny strings. I may be a dog, but how in the world is this possible? I couldn’t see any strings in this computer monitor, no matter how hard I squinted at it. No wonder string theory is turning out to be a scientific dead end.

What I would like to know is this: what is the best way of unraveling a ball of string that has become tangled? That would be my idea of good scientific research.

Evolution

Did you know that according to the theory of evolution, dogs and cats share a relatively recent common ancestor? As a dog, I find that insulting. And as we all know, a scientific theory that’s insulting is also false.

Allow me to share my own theory. I’m sure you’ll agree it’s completely scientific. It is as follows:

1. In the beginning, God created Himself
2. Satan created cats
3. Everything else evolved from a common ancestor

All I need now is publication in a scientific journal.

I am a dog, and this is my blog.

You are probably wondering: how in the world can a dog start a blog? With difficulty, I admit.

A dog is a bit like your dad when it comes to the Internet. He is not a natural to it, but with some perseverance, and some help, he can pull it off, even if he looks like an amateur in the process. So it is with me.

Nevertheless, here I am! And I look forward to giving you a dog’s eye view of the world we live in.
